For Metro Cities - 2.76 LPA + Huge Incentives + Fast Track Growth* (Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune)
For Other Cities - 2.40 to 2.55 LPA + Huge Incentives + Fast Track Growth*

In the Business Development Manager role, you will be:
Recruiting & building a high performance network of Financial Consultants (Agents)
Training, motivating and driving these Financial Consultants (Agents) to sell insurance
Meeting prospective customers with FCs to sell insurance solutions
Providing pre and post sales support (e.g. claim settlement)
Ensuring quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium)
Enabling FCs to use latest digital platforms
Note - HDFC will provide intensive training, as part of employment
Mandatory Criteria -
Education - Graduate
Experience - 2+ years of full time work experience in sales or any relevant work experience
Age - Between 24 to 35 years
Must be resident of job location city for 2+ yrs & must have strong personal network
Must have own 2-Wheeler
Must be able to join within 1 week after getting offer
Pleasant personality, good communication skills, love challenges
Must have PAN, Aadhar, Educational & Employment documents (refer list below)
